In collaboration with the R.M. Rose Co. Distillery, our founder meticulously hand-selects each barrel, seeking only those of exceptional depth, character, and complexity. Patiently aged and bottled uncut and unfiltered, each bottle preserves the spirit’s authentic richness and integrity.

Handsomely Dark with Copper Layers
Nose:
Campfire smoke rises up with the sweet aroma of walnut and a zest of citrus. As the bourbon opens, the stacked and inviting goodness of dark raisins and smoked house tobacco float together.
Palette:
At first sip, a delightful French vanilla taste opens with a knock on the door of citrus and wild Honeysuckle nectar. The enjoyment expands into a bourbon filled with mineral and earthly flavors of nutty, unroasted pecans, which are reminiscent of a fluffy nougat pecan log roll.
Finish:
Exceptional full body mouth feel with a medium tobacco finish.
